A new pedagogy for education

Education is failing because the pedagogy is incongruous to the background of many of the children that have skills and gifts that are asymmetric to the tests that measure abstract qualities that can be tangent to the students' performance. I am suggesting finding those talents in the primary grades from kindergarten to 6th grade. Nurturing the discovered and chosen talents between 7th to 9th grade. Then apprenticing those talents in the 10th through twelfth grade. Marketing those talents via post-secondary institutions and businesses with scholarships and grants
